BOARD OF DIRECTORS

		Is a seasoned banker with more than 30 years of strong expertise in finance, corporate and investment banking. Most recently, he was the president of ORIX Metro Leasing and Finance Corporation, ORIX Rental Corporation and ORIX Auto Leasing Philippines Corporation.
		He was head of Corporate Banking Group at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company; and head of Global Network Banking under Corporate & Investment Bank at Deutsche Bank AG.
		Earlier in his career, he held various relationship management roles at Deutsche Bank AG, International Exchange Bank and Equitable PCI Bank.
		He holds a BS Business Management degree from San Beda University.
