HOW TO FUND OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) AT METROBANK BRANCHES?

1. Fill out the (green) Payment Slip
2. Check either Peso or Dollar Billing
3. Under Company Name, write “FMSec - PHP” for peso payments, “FMSec - USD” for dollar payments.
4. For the Reference No, use 660 for PHP, while 512 for USD
5. Indicate the Account Name
6. Under Subscriber No., write your FMSec account code (ex. OTA00000 or OT0000-0) or your application reference number for new accounts (ex. 20230101-0000)
